The automatic feeder can be adjusted for all sizes of mail including C4 Large Letters at up to 7mm thick and will quickly and also quietly process your envelopes ensuring each item is correctly franked with the Mailmark Barcode, your logo and advertising message as required.
The PostBase Qi9 isn’t just for letters. With a 7kg integrated scale (or optional 30kg scale platform) for the all Royal Mail services that you use and the built-in label dispenser, it allows for automatic printing onto labels for single or multiple items. This means that when you need labels for several similar parcels just weigh and price one item, press the quantity required and the Qi9 will print them for you ready to be affixed to your parcels.
For review of the accounts on the machine or the types and quantities of mail items sent, the Qi9 can be connected to a tablet or PC via USB connection to access this information. Reports can be exported as a CSV file, ready to be used in a spreadsheet, or a PDF ready to print or email. In addition to the reporting functions the Navigator Plus software also lets you personalise the machine’s shortcuts and add messages to be printed onto your mail.
The PostBase was developed to be used with Mailmark (Royal Mail’s barcoding of franked mail) and the new volume-related discounts which can add a saving of up to 23% to batches of mail of as little as 250 items. To help you navigate through these new services and features the Qi9’s 4.3” colour touchscreen was designed to be very easy to use meaning that anyone in your team can use the machine without training or instructions.
For integration into your office or mailroom’s network the PostBase Qi9 can connect via LAN or Wi-Fi and alternatively using a 3G router. Our trained engineers will set up the equipment for you, provide training and ensure that the equipment is fully operational so your important outgoing post will not be interrupted.
