How much does mailing equipment hire cost?
Hire is charged at a daily rate depending on the equipment selected, hire duration and the number of documents to be processed. Your quotation includes delivery, collection, installation, operator training and technical support.
We’ll agree a document-processing allowance before hire begins. Any documents processed beyond the agreed allowance are charged separately.
Need envelopes or paper?
We can supply suitable mailing consumables at an additional cost. We’ll check the materials and job requirements to ensure the proposed equipment is appropriate.
