The new 2025 Royal Mail prices for franking machine customers are effective from Monday 7th April 2025.
The Royal Mail’s postage prices for franking customers are now effective from 07/04/2025, and include changes to domestic First and Second Class letters and large letters.
Customers using a Mailmark Franking Machine will continue to receive a substantial discount against stamp and Post Office prices.

Updating your franking machine with the new prices
The new postage rates are now available and will be automatically downloaded the next time you run Remote Services/Synchronise from the menu (see instructions below) or when you download funds onto your franking machine. Your franking machine will then automatically apply the new prices on 7th April to ensure your post is priced correctly.
