The new 2026 Royal Mail prices for franking machine customers will be effective from Tuesday 7th April 2026.
The Royal Mail’s postage prices for franking customers will be effective from 07/04/2026, and will include changes to domestic First and Second Class letters, large letters and international post.
Customers using a Mailmark Franking Machine will continue to receive a substantial discount against stamp and Post Office prices.

Updating your franking machine with the new prices
The new postage rates will be available and will be automatically downloaded the next time you run Remote Services/Synchronise from the menu (see instructions below) or when you download funds onto your franking machine. Your franking machine will then automatically apply the new prices on 7th April to ensure your post is priced correctly.
